worn out mattress bed bug

The building was warm throughout.

The mattress was worn out and left me with back pain! also there were bed bugs in the room. The bathroom needed a deep clean.

Location is fine. Noise is an issue

the location was CENTRAL, providing easy access to different points of interest.

the noise level from the street WAS EXTREME. the windows needed BETTER insulation, or repair, as i could hear everything clearly. i WAS NOT able to sleep well.

central location, compact space

central location coffee machine

The location was seriously amazing. I could walk to almost everything i wanted to see. the contactless check-in was simple, a real plus after a long trip. i appreciated the complimentary water bottles and coffee machine, useful for early mornings.

the room was quite small, barely enough space for my luggage and me. street noise was noticeable, even with the windows closed, and earplugs were needed.

The facility offered a modern interior design. attention to detail with free water bottles and a coffee machine. the ensuite was suitable with good water pressure. There were nice double doors to open to the air outside.

The location is fantastic. It is literally in the middle of the city. restaurants and pubs are seconds away, and it is very close to the train and bus stations. i walked everywhere!!!

lack elevator street noise

the room was clean.

the lack of an elevator was a real issue. hauling luggage up several flights of stairs was not fun. i also heard street noise, even with the windows closed. this made it hard to sleep soundly.
